Can you work without closing the entire parking lot?
Many lots can be completed in sections. We confirm what is practical after seeing your layout and access points.
Can you re-stripe after sealcoating?
Yes. We can include restriping in the scope and plan it around the sealcoat’s cure time.
What if the pavement needs repair first?
We will identify those areas during the site walk and price repairs separately before sealcoating begins.
Can this be done before the season ends?
